What to Wear and Bring

No need to bring any bungee fitness equipment—we’ve got you covered with everything you need, including harnesses, bungee cords, and safety gear.

For the best experience, wear form-fitting workout clothes that let you move freely. Leggings or fitted shorts (longer is better for comfort with the harness) paired with a snug athletic top work best(don’t want the girls to go flying, too). Skip the loose clothing—it can get tangled in the harness. And don’t forget your supportive sneakers for stability!

One last thing—don’t forget your water bottle! You WILL be working up a sweat.
